Membership
www.pitboard.co.uk is a UK based F1 and motor sport message board. Unless previously banned, membership is open to any F1 and motor sport fan over the age of 16. To sign up, you must use a current email address to register, which you will need to keep updated.
New members are given a probationary period of 500 posts.
Any details given when registering will not be passed on to 3rd parties.
Please note that members are allowed one account only (duplicate accounts will be deleted), and only you must use it. Hiding behind a Proxy IP address is not permitted and accounts with long periods of inactivity will be disabled.
General Conduct
Respect is a key word at Pitboard. Respect to all motor-sport and everyone associated with it. Respect to the board and to the Admin team, and most of all, respect to each other. With that in mind, we expect that your threads and posts do not include anything that may be considered offensive, inappropriate or libellous. This includes, but is not necessarily restricted to:
No bullying, baiting and flaming, no name-calling, no lies, no spamming, no petty arguments, and no racism.
Tolerance and understanding towards others beliefs and thinking is also expected. Remember – attack the post, not the poster – just because you may not agree with someone else doesn’t make you any more right (or wrong) than someone else.
Please keep thread topics and posts relevant to the area they are posted in, for example, no babble in the F1 room, and no sports talk in babble.
Please only post pictures that you have copyright for. No pornographic images (or links to) are permitted. Pictures of other members are only allowed when they have given their permission.
The Pitboard Admin team reserve the right to edit, lock, move, and/or delete any post or thread they deem necessary. Offenders run the risk of their warning level being added to. Persistent offenders may receive a temporary suspension or even be permanently banned.
